Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Our Cloud Desktop solution offers the bolt on for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. Which can be integrated fully with our Cloud Exchange and SharePoint 2013 products. By integrating with SharePoint all documents created for a client, account or lead are stored within SharePoint and accessible via Dynamics.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 is available via a browser, full integration into Microsoft Outlook and as App for tablets such as the iPad and Surface.

Addons

In order to maximise your use of either CRM application we support a range of addons which we have tested. From document scanning, CTI telephone integration and E-Marketing tools.

One of our partnerships is with Cloud Call from Synety which allows full integration with ACT or Dynamics with your existing or our hosted Enterprise phone system.
