Crucially the entire I.T system is now more flexible, secure, future proofed and stored in our Data Centre which meant the system was even accessible last year when no one could get to work due to snow and during power outages in London.

It has also allowed staff to easily hot desk between the offices, have the latest Microsoft Office productivity software, work from home and allow the business to comply with insurance requirements.

All the end users have a friendly help desk to call where they speak to the same 3 engineers anytime they call - which they say has been one of the biggest benefits of using our company.

The cost saving to the company (per month) compared to their previous service level agreements was over 65% and saved the capital outlay on new servers and extended the life of their existing computers by shifting the application storage to the Cloud servers.
